The Frontier Online Community is for those people who want access to Frontier Games and material online and are not yet ready to join as full Lifetime Members.

You get access to 6 World-Class Online games that teach business skills while in a fun environment. Each of these will be between 3 and 6 hours long. For some of them there may be prework to be done to get maximum value from the program.  Games details are below on this page. 
Frontier Trainings has so many courses, and some of the courses do not run for a number of years, so Clinton is going to pull highly valuable and relevant content in the format of mini-courses. A Mini-course will run for 3-4 hours and cover lots of theory as well as hands on development time. Each Mini-course will be very different in its scope and challenge and provide quality material.
The Membership includes 6 Group Coaching Calls of 2 hours each where every attendee will have the opportunity to request assistance on anything within the coaching capability of Clinton. The call will last the full two hours and may even run over, depending on the amount of questions from the students present. The calls will happen every two months.
Play To Win is an amazing course that lays the foundations of the style of experiential training that Clinton does. As he suggests, you should attend Play To Win at least five times to complete and get the most out of it. As Frontier Community members you get 2 Play To Win Silver VIP tickets. You can use them yourself for two Play To Win's in your area, or bring a friend to one, or give them away. 
The Membership includes a private, exclusive Facebook Group where members get to collaborate, share and build relationships. Groups like this can be a very powerful way to further develop the relationships started in the online training room. Clinton and Princess D will be in the group and available for any further questions you may have. 
You will get to meet and network with our Lifetime Member base that we have built over the last 20 years. This is invaluable in itself. These members have been in the training room in person and attended multiple trainings and are applying and seeing the results of their applications.

FRONTIER ONLINE GAMES
Frontier has over 28 live courses that it runs around the world. As a result many of the games may not run for a number of years and we run these games online so students can still get enormous value from the games while waiting for the live events to run in their region. The games are generally 4-5 hours long and include pre work to be prepared for the games. We use a combination of Zoom and Discord to run the games. Briefing and Debriefing is run through Zoom and then the game is played through Discord. Do not worry if you are not familiar with this tool as you will be brought up to scratch quickly through our training systems. The Debrief is normally 45 minutes to 1 hour once the game has completed. Each game is normally worth $495 to experience by itself including Action Steps to implement once the game is over.

REALMS OF PLANTASIA
This is six hour game is one of Frontier Trainings signature games and it has been an anchor of Play To Win for at least ten year. This game set in year 1095 in the fantasy realm of Plantasia. Leaders are chosen from the students and given the rank of Lord and Lady and then proceed to select the members to help run their realms. It puts students to the test in the areas of leadership, communication, financial management, accountability, strategic planning, innovation and more.

TRACK IT
Trackit is a two evening game as it has two distinct phases. The first day we cover the creation of the investment company, raising of capital and laying out plans for when the game begins the following day. The following day the game begins where students have to build railway track across the country taking advantage of market opportunities and technical innovation. This cover involves a lot of innovation, planning, contract writing, communication and team work to truly achieve success in Trackit.

BLOODLINE
This is six hour game is set during in Russia after the death of Peter the Great. The country is in turmoil as assassinations lead to the near loss of the monarchy. A new monarch is found who has to pick up the pieces while dealing with famines, rebellion, plagues and natural disasters. Students need to work on crisis management while seizing potentially lucrative opportunities for a rapidly expanding economy. It is a high pressure game where students need to hunker down to survive the coming catastrophes.

WORLD DIPLOMACY
This four-hour strategic game takes the game 'Diplomacy' and expands it to a world level. All teams have to expand the their country within a finite space. Competition breaks out as students compete for limited resources with the goal of being the largest kingdom at the end of the game. Rivalries emerge, alliances created, friendships betrayed as the goal leads to inept teams being eliminated. if you are a little sensitive, bring a box of tissues.

VENTURE FOURTH
This game is about Sailing the Seven Seas in pursuit of trade goods during the Age of Discovery. Teams run companies set in major trading cities around Europe as they send ship forth around the world to buy spices silks, wool, artifacts, exotic oils, alcohol, sugar and more. Teams have to deal with storms, pirates, competitors as well as volatile markets where your ship of valuable goods arrives to a market flooded with your cargo and your 'potential fortune' is reduce to nothing. Students learn teamwork, planning, risk management, strategic planning, capital raising, joint ventures and more as they attempt to profit as sailing ships cross the oceans blue.

DESIGN MY DESTINY
Do you have what it takes to design your destiny and please the Gods. This four-hour game is guided by the Gods of Greek History with Zeus, Apollo, Aphrodite, Athena and Hades all watching your every decision you make. You receive Destiny Cards and need to make choices affecting every aspect of you life. Do you run a marathon, compete in a choir or learn to ride a horse. Each Destiny Card changes your future but watch out the Gods and Goddesses don't dispute your decision and incur their wrath.

SELLING WITH CLASS
This five hour game is designed for teams to run a manufacturing business while geographically dispersed. Teams are picked 24 hours before and groups set up in Whatsapp so as planning can happen for this game. Physical products need to be built and developed based on the model Conceive. Layout. Assemble. Systemize. Sell. Make sure you team is working hard and delivering before the company runs out of money and is forced to disband. This game teaches systems, quality control and scaling  your business in addition to teamwork, leadership, innovation and financial management.

MILLIONAIRES' MARKET
This was the first game created by Clinton and it was also the game that was played most during the pandemic. This game ran over 35 times during the pandemic and exposed many people to facilitated games. Students learn how to build a profitable investment portfolio including property, businesses, network marketing, development and more while dealing with event cards. Students operate in teams taking on different roles of finance, deal finder, contract writer and more and it focuses on the principal that Everything Is Negotiable!

BURGER BONANZA
In Burger Bonanza you take the idea of a Burger company and turn it into a thriving chain of multiple stores delivering unique and incredible burgers to the public. You have to deal with Branding, Tag Lines, Differentiation, Menu Design, Product Creation as well as write contracts, expand stores, deal with challenges in a competitive environment. How long before you sell your first burger? Why would companies partner with you? How do you generate leads? What is your conversion? What is you fulfillment rate? Manage the numbers and watch your chain thrive.

TIME O' THE TULIPS
In December 1636 during the Golden Age of the Dutch, tulips skyrocketed in price at a time later known as Tulipmania. Fortunes are made and lost in the game as Tulips come into fashion or drop out of fashion. Alliance are made, partners secured, forward orders placed, demand skyrocketing all while protecting the downside from a collapse that is inevitable. This is a high energy four hour game where students work to create a fortune as fast as they can. The market is fickle and fortunes will be lost and made rapidly. Come learn about this fascinating time in history and feel the emotions of a rapidly expanding market.

BACK TO BLACK
This game is based on the Six Limiting Factors that there are always limitations to your business and it is your job to work on the Limiting Factor to ensure you growth. This game involves lots of contract and negotiation to allow you to build at scale. The Six Limiting Factors are Production, Distribution, Team, Finance, Marketing and Demand. In the game you have unlimited demand and a starting bank balance. As you provide the other limiting factors you build your wealth and hit scaling issues that need to be overcome. It is a team based game that takes four hours to play.
FRONTIER MINI-COURSES
Frontier has been teaching business and speaking courses for 20 years and it usually teaches live in the classroom. The pandemic opened up the possibility of doing classes online and over that time, Frontier has run a large number of online games. By doing this, students were able to connect with other members around the world and build friendships and expand their global reach. These courses tap into content from the curriculum of Frontier and are narrowly focused in specific issues where the students get direct action oriented content to help them build their business and/or speaking careers.

MASTER CONTRACTING
Contracts Create Wealth is a concept we teach in the training room. If you truly grasp this concept your goal is to spend your life developing contracts to move you forward and then delivering on those contracts to ensure your client is happy. In this course we go over contract writing and discuss what works, what doesn't. We discuss contracts in Realms of Plantasia and see what was approved and what was not approved and why. We answer questions about real life deals you may be involved in or looking to create. This is done from a coaching perspective and is not legal advice in any way shape or form and your personal lawyer should be consulted.

SYSTEMS SUPREMACY
Do you want to have a smooth operating business that can print money while you sleep? The key is systems. The better your systems operate the more in the words of Michael Gerber can focus on the business, instead of in the business. In this mini course we are given a template to manage all your systems and we go through the theory of system building and evaluate tools to make it effective. We then spend an hour or two actually working on systemizing parts of your business. You will walk away with a template to follow that you can do to systemize your entire business.

SPEED SELLING
This three hour mini course is where students get to train their selling skills by speed selling a group of random items. By being given a random product that you many never had had exposure to before it forces you to look for the value, find what appeals to the customer and be able to understand pricing models and present smoothly in uncertainty. Products include make up kits, backpacks, bulldozers, child sleep systems and so much more that will challenge you.

GAMIFICATON GENIUS
