Students work together in teams and compete to overcome the limitations, deal with adversity and build a strong, compelling vision to attack the business partners, lenders, suppliers and resources it needs to be able to take the company and sell it to a large corporation for a large PE Ratio.  The game is highly emotional, engaging and will engage all levels of entrepreneurs and business owners and give you tools you can immediately use to apply to your real world business. 

PRODUCTION - This factor represents everything about your ability to create a quality product for your clients. Everything from manufacturing, quality control, innovation and more. Without production you have nothing to sell to your customer whether you are selling from a brick and mortar store or are selling online. 

DISTRIBUTION - This factor represents your ability to get your product to your customer. Whether you are using direct marketing, sell retail, sell by mail or online, distribute by airmail, sea, hand delivery. Without Distribution you customer cannot get your product regardless of how good it is. Stock shortages, logistics breakdown and calamities can have devastating effect about delivery of your product.

That is the importance of having a great team. The Team is everyone in your organization from CEO to the cleaner. Companies can disappear quickly when they lose connection to the market ie MySpace, AOL, Blackberry and Kodak.

DEMAND - Without customers you have a very expensive hobby. Demand represents finding who you target customer are and ensuring they actual want to buy you market. Are you targeting males? females? the gay community? environmentally conscious people?, business owners?, left handed people? adventurous people?, overweight people?. There are different niches for every business. As they say, if you target everyone you end up with no one. 

MULTIPLIERS - There are three main type of multipliers in the game. The first is Champions.
