The seeds for this course were laid down over the years of setting up and breaking down rooms and being able to run details experiential training for over 18 years now. When I shared with a group of trainers all the work I did to set up the room and create the games environment many expressed to me that it was just too much work and they much prefer to turn up with a roller bag, present and leave. I can certainly understand that and talking to an audience can get results but in my opinion there is no comparison compared to the full power of experiential learning.
EVERYTHING needs systems. There is so much and now with the Gamification of all Frontier business events there is even more systems that needed to be run to make sure the right flags get hung, the markers are filled, there are enough medals to hand out, there are enough costume pieces for each game etc. As I said there is a lot. Whether you are running a training company like me or whether you run a different business, the systems you put in place is what is going to allow you to scale up the business and make money that most people only dream of.
In this course we have so many amazing games. These games are relatively new to Frontier considering this course was only ran for the first time in 2016 which makes it a baby compares to courses like Business Empire and Financial Fortress.
